Suspension and alignment is a two-part job: worn arms, bushes, shocks or air springs are replaced, then the wheel geometry is set so the car drives straight again. We book your Audi into a partner workshop in Dubai for inspection and repair. Message us on WhatsApp or call and describe the noise or the pull.

What the job covers

  • Lift inspection

Arms, bushes, ball joints, links, shocks and mounts are checked under load with a pry bar, not just by eye.

  • Parts replacement

Worn control arms, drop links, shock absorbers, top mounts or air springs are replaced as needed.

  • Four-wheel alignment

Camber and toe are set on all four wheels once the new parts are fitted and settled.

  • Road test

The car is driven over bumps and at speed to confirm the noise is gone and it tracks straight.

On an Audi specifically

Many Audi models, including the A4, A6 and Q5, use a multi-link front axle with several separate control arms per side. Their bushes crack with heat and speed bumps, which gives the classic knock and vague steering. On the Q7 and A8, a corner that drops overnight usually points to a leaking air spring.

When you need it

  • Knocking or creaking over speed bumps
  • One corner sitting low after the car is parked overnight
  • Steering feels loose or wanders on the highway
  • Tyres worn on the inner or outer edge

How it works

Worn suspension parts replaced, then the geometry set correctly

On site: 25 to 45 minutes

  2. We book the car into a partner workshop in Dubai.

  3. The suspension is inspected on a lift and the worn parts are shown to you.

  4. Parts are replaced, alignment is set and the car is road tested.

Suspension and alignment: Common questions

Short answers. Anything else — WhatsApp us.

Why does my Audi knock over speed bumps?

Most often it is worn control arm bushes, drop links or top mounts. On multi-link front suspension there are several arms per side, so the exact one has to be found on a lift. Guessing means replacing parts twice.

Why is my Q7 lower on one side in the morning?

An air spring or its valve is leaking, so the corner loses pressure while parked. The compressor refills it when you start, which hides the fault for a while. Left alone, the compressor overworks and fails too.

Do I need alignment after replacing suspension parts?

Yes, whenever arms, struts or tie rods are changed. New parts shift the geometry slightly. Without alignment the car may pull, the steering wheel sits off-centre and new tyres wear on one edge within months.

Should all the control arms be replaced together?

Not always. If one bush has failed and the rest are sound, one arm can be enough. On higher-mileage cars the others are usually close behind, so replacing the set on that axle saves a second alignment.
