On an Audi specifically
A quattro Audi should travel on a flatbed with all four wheels off the road. Lifting one axle and dragging the other can damage the centre differential. On cars with air suspension, such as the Q7 and A8, jack mode is set in the MMI before loading. Low S line bumpers need ramps.

Can you tow my car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
Yes. Inter-emirate transport is a normal booking. Give us both addresses and a contact at each end. Book a day ahead where you can, so the truck is planned around traffic and not squeezed between emergency calls.
Do I need to be with the car?
Someone must hand over the key at pick-up. After that you do not need to ride along. We send photos at loading and delivery, and the driver hands the key to the person or workshop you named.
Can a tow truck get into my basement parking?
It depends on the height limit and the ramp. Send a photo of the entrance and the clearance sign. Where a flatbed cannot enter, the car is winched or rolled to the entrance and loaded there.
My Audi has no battery power. Can it still be towed?
Yes, but tell us first. With a dead battery the electronic parking brake and gear selector may stay locked. The driver brings a jump pack or wheel skates so the car can be moved without dragging it.
